The present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, read with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, seeking issuance of writ in the nature of Habeas Corpus to the respondents to produce Ms. R, the wife of the petitioner, aged about 19 years, studied up to 9th Standard, before the Court of law. Ms. R appears before this Court along with her mother and submits that she has solemnized marriage with the petitioner, Mr. Gautam Kumar Jha, on 11.05.2025, in accordance with Hindu Rites and Customs, however, at present, she is residing with her mother and wishes to continue to stay with her, and does not want to live with her husband. 5.

In view of the above, as nothing more survives in the petition, the present petition stands disposed of.
