By way of this petition under Section 29 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, the petitioners seek extension of the mandate of the learned Arbitrator, who is in seisin of disputes between the parties under a Lease Deed dated 28.02.2020.

The Arbitral Tribunal was constituted by an order of this Court dated 05.04.2022 in ARB.P. 87/2022. I am informed that arbitral proceedings have concluded, and the award has been reserved by the learned arbitrator.

Mr. Sanyam Rastogi, learned counsel for the respondent, enters appearance and states that the respondent has no objection to the application being allowed.
