The present petition seeks quashing of a Look Out Circular1 issued against Petitioner by the Bureau of Immigration,2 Respondent No. 2 at the request of Central Bureau of Investigation,3 Respondent No. 3. 2.

In the reply filed by CBI, it is specifically stated that pursuant to the investigation conducted at Petitioner's residential premises on 27th December, 2020, CBI was considering to revoke or delete the LOC issued against the Petitioner.

In the above background, Mr. Rajesh Kumar, Special Public Prosecutor for CBI, states that in fact, the decision has been taken and the 1 "LOC"

request for issuance of LOC has since been recalled. This statement is taken on record.

In view of the foregoing, no further directions are required to be issued. CBI shall send a copy of their decision for withdrawal of LOC to the BOI and upon receipt, BOI is directed to update their records accordingly. 5.

With the above directions, the present petition is disposed of, along with pending application.
