The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present revision petition on the ground that the Supreme Court vide order dated 20.08.2025, has already set aside the judgment of conviction dated 31.08.2023, passed by the learned Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Shahdara District, Delhi and further states that the present revision petition has therefore become infructuous. 2.

In view of the above, the present revision petition is disposed of as having become infructuous.
