Disputes having arisen between the parties, vide order dated 02.02.2023 in ARB.P. 111/2023, this Court appointed a Sole Arbitrator. Pleadings were completed before the Arbitrator on 25.07.2023 and mandate of the Arbitrator was extended by mutual consent on 20.07.2024. By order dated 03.02.2025 in O.M.P.(MISC.)(COMM.) 108/2025, this Court extended the mandate of the Arbitrator till 31.07.2025. It is stated in the petition that award has been reserved by the learned Arbitrator and the mandate be extended by one month to enable the Arbitrator to pronounce and publish the award.

Pleadings were completed before the Arbitrator on 25.07.2023 and mandate of the Arbitrator was extended by mutual consent on 20.07.2024. By order dated 03.02.2025 in O.M.P.(MISC.)(COMM.) 109/2025, this Court extended the mandate of the Arbitrator till 31.07.2025. It is stated in the petition that award has been reserved by the learned Arbitrator and the mandate be extended by one month to enable the Arbitrator to pronounce and publish the award.

Counsels, as above, accept notice on behalf of the Respondents and on instructions, submit that Respondents have no objection to the extension of mandate of the Arbitrator in both the matters. Accordingly, with the consent of the parties, mandate of the Arbitrator is extended by a period of 01 month from 01.08.2025 in both the petitions. 7.
