% 24.04.2018 Besides IPC offences, offence punishable under Section 25 of the Arms Act has also been invoked which entails minimum sentence. Hence FIR No. 92/2013 under Sections 323/341/336/308/506/34 IPC and Section 25 Arms Act registered at PS Kanjhawala cannot be quashed on the basis of compromise.

Petition is dismissed.
