This petition is filed on behalf of the Petitioner under Section 29A (4) and (5) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 ('1996 Act') seeking extension of the mandate of the learned Arbitral Tribunal till 30.11.2025. 4.
Disputes having arisen between the parties in relation to a Contract Agreement dated 16.02.2006 executed between the Petitioner and the Respondent, three-member Arbitral Tribunal was constituted. From time to time, mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal was extended by this Court and lastly by order dated 30.05.2024 which has expired on 30.05.2025. Issue notice.

Ms. Diksha Rai, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the Respondent and on instructions, submits that Respondent has no objection to the extension of mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal. 7.
Accordingly, with the consent of the parties, mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal is extended by a period of 06 months from 04.08.2025 and period between 31.05.2025 to 03.08.2025 is regularized. 8.
Petition is allowed and disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
