This is a petition under Section 29A(4) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 ("the 1996 Act") for extension of the mandate of the arbitral tribunal in seisin of the dispute between the parties. 2.

It is stated that the mandate of the arbitral tribunal is due to expire today.

Learned Counsel for the respondent has no objection to extension of the mandate of the arbitral tribunal as sought. 4.

Accordingly, the mandate of the arbitral tribunal in seisin of the dispute between the parties shall stand extended by six months w.e.f. today as sought in this petition.
