This petition has been filed, under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seeking extension of the mandate of an Arbitral Tribunal, which is in seisin of disputes between the parties under a Distributor Agreement dated 23.05.2017.

The mandate of the learned Arbitral Tribunal was extended from time to time, lastly by order dated 28.02.2024 in O.M.P.(MISC.)(COMM.) 148/2024 until 28.08.2024. 3.

Ms. Amaryllis Jalla, learned counsel for the respondent, appears on advance notice, and states that the respondent has no objection to the relief sought.
