Through the present petition, the petitioner seeks to challenge order dated 27.05.2025 passed by learned Special Judge (NDPS), North-West District, Rohini Courts in SC No. 113/2025, and further seeks a direction to the respondent to produce/supply the electronic records, namely the audiovideo recording of the search and seizure conducted in terms of Section 105 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 in connection with FIR No. 161/2024 registered for offences under Sections 8(c)/22/25/29 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985. 2.

This Court had granted interim relief by staying the proceedings before the learned Trial Court vide order dated 04.08.2025. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the relief sought in the present petition stands satisfied.
