This is an application filed by the Revenue, inter alia, praying as under:- "It is therefore, most respectfully prayed that in the cause and interest of justice this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to:- (a) Issue directions to the Id. DRP to consider the objections of the Petitioner;

(b) Pass any other order(s) as may be deemed fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case."
