Petitioner is plaintiff before the learned Trial Court and is aggrieved by order dated 11.02.2025, whereby the learned Trial Court has refused to waive the cost of Rs. 20,000/- imposed upon plaintiff. 2.
According to learned Trial Court, no reasonable ground was made out to waive the cost. It also referred to previous order dated 21.10.2024 which contained clear reasons for imposition of the cost. 3.
Copy of order dated 21.10.2024 has also been placed on record, which rather suggests that the Cost had been imposed as the plaintiff was attempting to mislead the Court.

Be that as it may, it is not permissible to invoke the supervisory jurisdiction of this Court, merely, for the reason that the cost has been imposed. This Court can interfere only when the imposition of cost looks completely unwarranted or the cost, so imposed, is absolutely CM(M) 1430/2025 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. unconscionable.

None of the situation exist in the case in hand and resultantly, the present petition is dismissed.
