O R D E R

% 16.02.2017 Learned Standing Counsel submits that petitioner had been availing parole and furlough regularly.

Lastly he has availed furlough for three weeks in the month of January, 2017 and surrendered in the month of February, 2017. However, in my view, petitioner is entitled to parole to attend the marriage of her cousin on 19.02.2017, more particularly, when bride is stated to have no brother. Accordingly, petitioner be released on parole for five days from the date of his release, subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of Jail Superintendent. On completion of parole period, petitioner shall surrender before the Jail Superintendent.
