Through the present application, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the BAIL APPLN. 2900/2025. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been arrested in another criminal case on 21.09.2025 and has since been remanded to judicial custody.

In view of the above submissions as well as the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed and stands disposed of. BAIL APPLN. 2900/2025 4.
