Mr. Kaushik, counsel for the Petitioner, states that in terms of order dated 12th September, 2024, Mr. Surinder Kharbanda was examined at RML Hospital and a Disability Certificate was issued on 28th October, 2024 which has been uploaded on Swabalaman portal.

In view of the above, Mr. Kaushik states that he will now take further steps for issuance of the Guardianship Certificate by applying before the SDM.

Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the concerned SDM to consider the Petitioner's request for appointment of guardianship in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible. 4.

With the aforesaid direction, the petition is disposed of along with pending application.
