The present petition has been instituted under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India to assail the legality of two orders arising from proceedings before the Debt Recovery Tribunal-III, Delhi1 - 1 DRT The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.

namely, the order dated 06.06.2025 passed by the learned Presiding Officer and the order dated 31.07.2025 passed by the learned Recovery Officer.

It is admitted that the Appeals against the order dated 06.06.2025 passed by the learned Presiding Officer, DRT-III, are pending before the learned Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal, Delhi,2 and the same are listed for hearing on 20.08.2025. 3.

The Petitioner (Certificate Holder) further prays for issuance of directions to the learned Recovery Officer to defer coercive proceedings until the learned DRAT adjudicates the pending appeals. 4.

Learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the Respondents submits that the learned DRAT has, at present, merely directed the Petitioner to furnish a revised statement of accounts and has not passed any substantive interim order affecting the proceedings before the Recovery Officer.

This Court has considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties. At this stage, the Court does not find it appropriate to go into the merits of the case, particularly when the appeals before the learned DRAT are scheduled for hearing on 20.08.2025.

Accordingly, the Recovery Officer is requested to adjourn the proceedings beyond 20.08.2025, and the learned DRAT is requested to take up the appeals on 20.08.2025 for final disposal. 2 DRAT The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
