No such permission is required from this Court in this appeal, as the same is being withdrawn by appellant. However, if appellant herein files a fresh application for interim relief in the pending suit, then the same be considered by the trial court dehors the order of 5th August, 2010 of this Court passed in this appeal, as this appeal is now being withdrawn. RFA 229/2010

The application is accordingly disposed of.
