2. Notice. Mr. Ashwani Garg, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the Respondent.

3. Learned counsel for both the parties are agreeable to the Court appointing a sole Arbitrator for adjudication of the disputes between the parties It is ordered that the arbitration by a Sole Arbitrator shall take place under the aegis of the Delhi International Arbitration Centre ('DAC').

4. The parties will appear before the DAC on 9th March, 2017 at 11:00 am for further steps in this regard.
