% 12.05.2017 Status report has been filed.

Heard.

The petitioner's voice has reportedly been found matching with the voice in the audio recording of a telephonic conversation purportedly containing the intimidatory message.

In this view, it cannot be said that the entire case is unfounded. The allegations in the FIR are presently under investigation and given the nature of the acts attributed to the petitioner, if found true, they constituting offences in the nature of those punishable under Sections 376/354/354D/506 IPC, it is not a case where this court should intervene by exercising the extraordinary jurisdiction under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 to quash the investigation.

The petition along with accompanying application is dismissed. R.K.GAUBA, J.
