This petition has been preferred on behalf of the Petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India laying a challenge to the Memorandum dated 19.07.2024.

After canvassing some arguments, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner seeks to withdraw this petition as the relief claimed is in the nature of service matter and against the Department of Posts, which has issued the impugned Memorandum and is notified under Section 14 of the Administrative Tribunals Act.
