It is not in dispute that the petitioners have not challenged the impugned Rules dated 06.05.2022 before the learned Central Administrative Tribunal, however, has straightway filed the present petition. 6.

In view of the submissions made, we are of the opinion that this petition is not maintainable. Accordingly, the present petition stands dismissed as not maintainable.

The petitioners are at liberty to approach the learned Tribunal as per law.
