After canvassing some arguments, learned counsel for the Petitioners seeks to withdraw the present petition in view of Section 14 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985 and judgment of the Constitution Bench of the Supreme Court in L. Chandra Kumar v. Union of India and Others, (1997) 3 SCC 261, to approach the Central Administrative Tribunal. 2.

Petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the Petitioners to approach the appropriate Forum in accordance with law and as advised, making it clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the matter.
