1. On the last date, in view of the petitioner's grievance that no reservation for PwD candidates had been provided in the Recruitment Rules for filling up the post of PGT (Special Education Teacher), we had granted time to learned counsel for the respondents to obtain instructions in this regard.

2. Today, she submits on instructions that 4% reservation has been provided for PwD candidates for filling up the posts of PGT (Special Education Teacher).

3. In the light of this stand taken by the respondents, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner's grievance regarding nonimplementation of the said reservation policy by the respondents still remains pending.

He, however, concedes that any prayer for this relief would lie only before the learned Central Administrative Tribunal (Tribunal) and, therefore, seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with a liberty to approach the learned Tribunal by way of an appropriate Original Application (O.A.).

4. As prayed for, the petition is, accordingly, disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the learned Tribunal by way of an O.A., making it clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's case.
