The learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State submits that even though the present petition is not maintainable since the petitioner has alternative efficacious remedy to file an application before the learned Trial Court under Section 156 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, he has instructions to state that FIR was transferred to Economic Offence Wing in the month of March, 2024 and the investigation is likely to be completed in the next 3 - 4 months.

Considering the above, no orders are required to be passed at this stage.
