This hearing has been done through hybrid mode. 2.

The present writ petition in the nature of habeas corpus has been filed by the Petitioner- Abhinav Singh under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking production of his wife, Ms. 'G' and children. Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 are Hira Lal Khadiya and Suman Khadiya, who are his wife's parents. 3.

The Petitioner has appeared before the Court today. The Court has had an in chamber interaction with the couple as also with the parents of the girlMs. 'G'. 4.

The girl's only apprehension is regarding the Petitioner's aggressive behaviour towards her.

The scope of the present petition is for production of the wife-Ms. 'G' and the children. Ms. 'G' and the younger child have been produced before this Court today and have met the Petitioner. 6.

As a first step, the parties have submitted that they wish to reconcile their differences.

Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of with the direction that the parties are referred to Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. The Centre shall appoint a senior Mediator to attempt amicable resolution of the disputes between the parties. 8.

If the Petitioner wishes to come and meet his wife and children in her parental home, the parents shall not have any objection for the same. 9.

The parties can appear before the Delhi High Court Mediation Centre at 05:00 PM today.

The present petition has been disposed of in above terms. 11.

Pending application(s), if any, also stand disposed of. 12.
