The petitioner had filed this writ petition seeking protection as she apprehended danger to her life and limb at the hands of her sons, impleaded as respondents no. 3 and 4. Now, parties seem to have arrived at a settlement, so the petitioner had filed the present application seeking permission to withdraw the writ petition.

All parties are present in person.

I have spoken with the petitioner in Hindi and she submits that now she does not apprehend any danger from either of the private respondents and she wants to withdraw this petition.
