Learned Additional Standing Counsel states that vide order dated 04.12.2024, the State has been pleased to grant remission to the Petitioner herein for the unexpired period of the sentence and she has since been released.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner states that since the Petitioner has already been released, he has instructions to submit that the relief sought in the petition has now become infructuous.
