The present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, 1950 seeks quashing of FIR No. 235/2022 dated 13th June, 2022, registered at P.S Nabi Karim for offences under Sections 307, 341 and34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, as well as all consequential proceedings emanating therefrom, on the basis of the compromise between the Petitioners and Respondent No. 2.

However, after making some submissions, counsel for the Petitioner, states that he would like to withdraw the present petition. 3.
