O R D E R

% 01.08.2017 It is submitted that petitioners and respondent nos. 2 to 7 are students of the same college. After the elections of students' union, a quarrel took place between the petitioners on one side and the respondent nos. 2 to 7 on the other side, which led to registration of the present FIR No. 125/2015 under Sections 307/323/341/34 IPC at Police Station Malviya Nagar against the petitioners on the complaint of respondent no. 2. In the quarrel, respondent no. 2 sustained simple injuries. It is submitted that petitioners and respondent nos. 2 to 7 have compromised the matter vide a Compromise

Deed dated 5th February, 2016; therefore, FIR may be quashed. Respondent nos. 2 to 7 are present in Court and have been identified by SI Braham Pal Singh, P.S. Malviya Nagar. They submit that they have settled the matter with the petitioners of their own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion and are not willing to pursue the FIR any further. Keeping in mind the fact that petitioners and respondent nos. 2 to 7 are students, a quarrel took place on some trivial matter, which led to registration of the present FIR and now, they have settled the matter, in the interest of justice, FIR No. 125/2015 under Sections 307/323/341/34 IPC registered at Police Station Malviya Nagar and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.
