% 27.10.2016 Mr.Rajiv Bajaj, learned counsel for the respondent undertakes to this Court that the order dated 21st August, 2014 passed in Domestic Violence Case No.37/1/2014 shall be complied with. The undertaking given by Mr.Bajaj is accepted by this Court and the respondent is held bound by the same. The dispute with regard to the outstanding amount of Rs.1.5 lakh is left open and the petitioner is given liberty to file appropriate proceedings in accordance with law.

In view thereof, present contempt petition and the application stand disposed of. The rights and contentions of all the parties are left open.
