W.P.(CRL) 542/2017 and Crl.M.A. No. 2952/2017 After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners states that the petitioners shall be satisfied in case this Court were to direct that the investigation in the case is completed earliest since the FIR has been pending for the last seven months and the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the same.

Mr. Singh, who appears on advance notice assures that the

investigation shall be expedited and the final report shall be filed at the earliest.
