We find no merit in the appeal.

The appellant is not paying the maintenance directed to be paid to the wife for the maintenance of the child.

Under the circumstances, the impugned order which adjourns sine-die the guardianship petition filed by the appellant cannot be faulted with. 4.

The appeal is dismissed.
