% 02.09.2016 Since the last order has admittedly been complied with, this Court is of the opinion nothing further survives in the present matter. Accordingly, present contempt petition is closed and notices issued are discharged.

However, in the event the petitioner is aggrieved in future with regard to non-implementation of the judgment and order dated 18th January, 2010 passed in W.P.(C) 2827/2008, petitioner is given liberty to file appropriate proceedings in accordance with law.
