Yet again, none appears for the applicant.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State submits that pursuant to the interim protection granted to the applicant by order dated 28.08.2024, the applicant did not join the investigation which led to issuance of a notice to the applicant for joining the investigation. He submits that despite the service of notice, the applicant never joined the investigation. 3.

Considering the above, the present application is dismissed.

The interim protection granted to the applicant stands vacated.
