After hearing arguments for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner, without prejudice to his rights and contentions, does not press the present petition. He, however, submits that the issue of jurisdiction is pertinent one and he has already moved an application before the learned Trial Court seeking framing of additional issues. He, merely, requests that the learned Trial Court may be requested to consider the abovesaid application, expeditiously. 2.

The present petition is, accordingly, disposed of as not pressed, with request to learned Trial Court to consider any such application as expeditiously as possible.
