The present petition under Sections 2/10/12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, read with Article 215 of the Constitution of India seeks following prayers:- "(i) Initiate contempt of Court proceedings against the Contemnors for violating, disobeying and/or for willfully, intentionally and deliberately not complying with the Order dated 19.12.2023 passed by this Hon'ble Court in Writ Petition (Civil) No.12950 of2023; (ii) Pass any such other or further orders as this Hon 'ble Court may deem fit and proper on the facts and in the circumstances of the case, in favour of the Petitioner and against the Contemnors." 3.
Vide order dated 01.05.2025, it was recorded that orders have been complied with and a decision on the representation of the petitioner was issued on 23.08.2024 and the same was duly communicated to the petitioner.
