Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has already received the advance copy of such affidavit.

Registry is directed to ensure that the affidavit filed by the respondents is also made part of the record.

Learned counsel for respondents submits that the representation could not be decided within the given time as the petitioner themselves had sought time to submit certain documents. Lastly, certain documents had been furnished by the petitioner on 05.12.2024. 5.
