No one is present for the petitioner when the matter was called. It appears that the petitioner is seeking initiation of contempt proceedings against the respondent for the alleged wilful disobedience of directions of this Court dated 13.08.2024 passed in W.P.(C) 11204/2024.

Learned counsel for the respondent is present on advance notice.

Ex facie, the present contempt petition is not maintainable. This Court vide the aforesaid order directed the respondent to consider the application of the petitioner for cancellation of GST registration in an expeditious manner and preferably within four weeks from the date of such order.

Apparently, a decision has been taken by the respondent, thereby dismissing the application of the petitioner. 5.
