Mr. Mohd. Asif, learned counsel for petitioner submits that the petitioner is trying to explore the possibility of amicable and out of Court settlement and, therefore, at the moment, petitioner is not interested in pursuing with his present contempt petition. It is, however, submitted that in case settlement does not happen, petitioner may be granted permission to file fresh contempt petition or to revive the present contempt petition. 2.

In view of aforesaid, present contempt petition is disposed of as not pressed.

Liberty, as prayed, is granted.
