% 18.04.2018 Parties are present. As per the settlement recorded on 6th March, 2018. Mrs. Ruchira Bhanot, Appellant has deposited the keys of the property in the Court. Mr. Surinder Kumar Bhanot, Respondent has brought a sum of Rs.15 Lakhs by way of demand draft in the name of his grand-son Mr. Nikhil Bhanot. The keys of the property are handed over to the Respondent. Original demand draft bearing no.212105 dated 9th April, 2018 for the amount of Rs.15 Lakhs drawn on Indian Bank is handed over to Mr. Nikhil Bhanot, who is present in Court. Order dated 6th March, 2018 stands complied with by the parties.

No further orders need to be passed in this matter. Appeal already stands disposed of.
