As learned counsel for the petitioner proceeded to argue, questions posed by the Court were unanswered on account of lack of pleadings in the writ petition. Faced with the aforesaid counsel seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition lest it suffers dismissal on a technical ground of their being unactionable pleadings with liberty to file a fresh writ petition challenging the impugned order.

Granting liberty as prayed for the instant writ petition is dismissed as not pressed.

CM No.2501/2015 (Stay) Application is dismissed as infructuous.
