Petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 ('Cr.P.C.') has been preferred on behalf of the petitioner for quashing of FIR No. 101/2024, under Sections 323/448/34 IPC, registered at PS: South Campus.

Issue notice. Learned APP for the State appears on advance notice and accepts notice.

Learned APP for the State, on instructions of IO, submits that the FIR was registered on 08.06.2024 and the case is at initial stage of investigation. Further, petitioner is stated to have been admitted to anticipatory bail since the offences are bailable.

This Court is of the considered opinion that since the case is at initial stage of investigation, it may be preposterous to intervene in the proceedings at this juncture, since the investigation / final report is yet to be concluded. 5.
At this stage, learned counsel for petitioner seeks to withdraw the petition without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the petitioner. 6.
Taking the statement of learned counsel for petitioner on record, petition is accordingly disposed of. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
