O R D E R

By way of the present petition, the petitioner seeks following prayers:- "I.
Direct the SHO of PS Kanjhawala to preserve the Call Detail Records, including the location data of the accused persons and others implicated in other FIRs, from November 8, 2023, to June 30, 2024; and/or II. Direct the SHO of PS Kanjhawala to preserve the CCTV footage from PS Kanjhawala, the houses of the accused persons (Deepak, Sachin, Ravinder, etc.), and the Petitioner/complainant's wife from June 7, 2024, to June 30, 2024, and submit it along with a report to this Hon'ble Court; and/or III. Direct the respondents to expeditiously take necessary measures towards safeguarding the life and liberty of the Petitioners and their children and/or The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
IV. Direct the Commissioner of Police to take disciplinary action against the officers I.O./Preeti, concerned SHO, and DCP Rohini.

Learned APP for the State while disputing the maintainability of other prayers submits that insofar as prayer (II) is concerned, the relevant CCTV footage of the duty officer at PS Kanjhawala from 07.06.2024 to 15.06.2024 has already been preserved in terms of the undertaking given to the learned Judicial Magistrate on 04.07.2024. He submits that even a compliance report stands filed. He further submits that there is no CCTV camera at the main gate of the police station.

At this stage, the petitioner, who has argued his case himself, submits that he has gone to Police Station after 15.06.2024 also and further complaints that were not taken note of the content. 4.
In view of the submissions made hereinabove, since the CCTV footage has already been preserved till 15.06.2024, let the same be preserved till 30.06.2024 of the duty office as well as one installed near the water cooler covering the main gate.

Insofar as prayer (I) is concerned, learned APP for the State submits that the prayer is vague and specifies no reason, as apparently there are about 10 cases pending between the parties. It is also informed by learned APP for the State that there are disputes pending between the parties over the property, resulting into registration of the various FIRs. 6.
Insofar as prayer (III) is concerned, let the number of the beat officer and the concerned SHO be provided to the petitioner. In case the petitioner has any further grievance, he can approach the competent jurisdiction with respect to his prayer.

Insofar as prayer (IV) is concerned, the petitioner can approach the office of Commissioner of Police. If a complaint has already been received or receive in future, the same would be acted upon in accordance with law. 8.
With the above directions, the petition is disposed of alongwith the pending application.
