CRL.M.C. 6647/2024 (under Section 482 CrPC filed by the petitioner to quash the summoning order dated 21.12.2017) 3.
The Petition under Section 482 CrPC has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for quashing of the summoning Order dated 21.12.2017, passed in CC No. 13147/2017 for the offence under Section 138/41 of N.I. Act, pending adjudication before the learned Metropolitan Magistrate-2 (NI-Act), (Central), Tis Hazari Courts. The ground on which the Petition has been filed is that the earlier counsel, who has now expired, had given wrong legal advise.

It is a Petition challenging the summoning Order dated 21.12.2017 i.e. after about 61⁄2 years. The Order was amenable to revisional Jurisdiction of the learned ASJ.
