This petition has been filed seeking quashing of FIR No.761/2023 under Sections 323/341/506/34 IPC, P.S.: Bawana on the basis of a settlement arrived at between the parties dated 08th July, 2024. 2.

Petitioner Nos.1-4 and respondent Nos.2-3/complainants are present in Court and duly identified by the IO. They state that they are related to each other and dispute occurred relating to a parking issue and a scuffle ensued. They have since resolved their disputes with the intervention of the elders of the family, and complainants have no objection to the quashing of the said FIR.

Considering the above settlement between the parties and the chances of conviction of the petitioners being remote and bleak, there is no use continuing with proceedings of the present FIR as it would be a misuse of The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. the process of the Court and an unnecessary burden on the State exchequer. Accordingly, the petition is allowed. Consequently, the FIR No.761/2023 under Sections 323/341/506/34 IPC, P.S.: Bawana and proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.

Parties shall abide by the terms of settlement. 5.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed of. Pending applications (if any) are disposed of as infructuous.
