This is an application filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. on behalf of the Applicant/Petitioner for withdrawal of the present Bail Application on the ground that the charge sheet was filed against the Applicant/Petitioner in the meantime and on applying for regular bail, the same has been granted by the learned Trial Court.
