The present application under Section 439 read with Section 482 of the CrPC seeks following prayers:- "It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed before this Hon 'ble Court that in the given facts and circumstances of this case, it may, in the interest of justice, be pleased to :

a. Pass appropriate direction/order to release the petitioner on regular bail in FIR bearing No.290/2023 P.S. Kashmiri Gate U/S 18/29 NDPS Act and/ or b. Pass any other order(s) which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of this case." 2.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant seeks leave to withdraw the present application with liberty to file fresh application with better particulars and additional documents.
