The present contempt petition under Sections 11/12 of the Contempt of Courts Act seeks following prayers:- "(a) An order and/or direction thereby initiating the contempt proceedings for willfully and deliberately disobeying the directions given by this Hon'ble Court vide judgment dated 01.09.2023 in MAT. APP. (F.C.) 218/2018 titled as "MOHD IRSHAD & ANR. VS NADEEM" and punish the Contemnor/Respondent in accordance with law (b) Any other order(s) as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case and in the interest of justice"

application for modification being CM APPL. 3980/2024 and vide order dated 16.04.2024, learned Division Bench of this Court had changed the venue for interaction from Family Courts, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi to Saket Family Court.

Subsequently, the said application was disposed of by learned Division Bench of this Court vide order dated 08.05.2024 by observing as under:- "4. The application is disposed of with a direction to the nonapplicant/respondent to convey to the applicants/appellants well in time as to whether he intends to visit the Children's Room, at Saket Court Complex, on the day fixed for interaction with the child." 5.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition.

The present petition is dismissed as withdrawn and disposed of accordingly.
