% 21.02.2017 Petitioner is aggrieved by the illegal and unauthorized construction which is being permitted to be carried out in property bearing No.70/3, Jamia Nagar, New Delhi which according to him is illegal and against all the bye-laws of the Corporation. Learned counsel for respondent nos.1 and 2 have put in appearance. Submission of learned counsel for no.1/SDMC is that this property was booked against alleged illegal deviation and unauthorized construction for which appropriate actions have been initiated shall be completed and taken to its ultimate goal. This statement of respondent no.1 is taken on record. It is hoped and expected that this statement shall be honoured in true letter and spirit

and shall be taken to its ultimate goal. Local police shall render positive assistance to respondent no.1 as and when required. SI Rishi Sharma from Police Station Jamia Nagar (present in Court) assures the Court that necessary police assistance will be given as when requested by the respondent no.1.

No further orders are called for in this petition. Petition disposed of.
