The applicants, who were the appellants in the above captioned appeals, have filed the present applications praying that they be permitted to The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.

operate their respective stalls till the tender process for allocating the said units is finalised by the Railways or atleast till the 15.02.2025. 2.

Notwithstanding that the appellants did not succeed in their challenge before the learned Single Judge or in the appeals before this Court, they were granted extension of time to continue to operate their respective stalls/units, in order to enable them to make alternate arrangements. 3.

The applicants had also furnished undertakings to the effect that they would vacate their units at the end of the extended period. In terms of the undertakings, the applicants are required to handover their units to the Railway authorities. However, they seek further extension notwithstanding their undertakings.

We are unable to accept that the applicants are required to be granted any further extension, notwithstanding their undertakings, on the ground that certain other vendors have been granted a longer period to vacate their units. 5.

The applications are accordingly dismissed.
